Disney Holidays

“Have you been considering a vacation? Are you longing for some magic? Look no further! Visit Walt Disney World Resort during the most festive time of the year. Why? Well, I’m so glad you asked. 😉Haul out the Holly! Simply put, no one quite does it like Disney. Each park and resort is decorated with beautiful holiday decorations that will surely get you into the holiday spirit. Cinderella’s Castle in Disney’s Magic Kingdom transforms into a holiday spectacle at night with 4 different festive looks. The Tower of Terror at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and the Tree of Life at Disney’s Animal Kingdom also boast their own special holiday projections in the evening. Some rides even have special holiday overlays. My family loves the Jungle… I mean Jingle Cruise in Magic Kingdom. Craving Culture? Visit Disney’s EPCOT for the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays through December 31, 2020 for seasonal fun from around the world. Enjoy seasonal specialties at the Holiday Kitchens in the World Showcase. If you have a sweet tooth like I do, you may enjoy the Holiday Cookie Stroll where you can purchase select cookies and earn a free one as well. Maybe a little scavenger hunt is more your style. If so, you and your family can participate in Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition. Once you purchase your Scavenger Hunt map and stickers from one of the select locations, visit each pavilion in the world showcase and search for Olaf. Then match the tradition on his sleigh to the location on your sticker map. Once you have completed your map you can redeem it for a special gift. Themed character experiences and entertainment bring the cheer. See some of your favorite characters and maybe even Santa Claus in new and exciting ways thorough surprise cavalcades and flotillas. These events are not scheduled so keep an eye and ear open as you enjoy the parks to catch some of these pop-up, parade-like experiences. Feast on seasonal treats that are sure to please any palate. Every park/location hosts a variety of treats that are being offered for a limited time. We love to snack our way through Walt Disney World and can’t resist holiday themed treats that make our experience extra tasty. If you’re looking for a seasonal meal try Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood and Vine in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Enjoy a seasonal meal with appearances from Minnie Mouse and her friends. Ready to start planning your magical vacation? I would love to help you create the perfect experience for you and your family. 🙂
