Email: [email protected] The Frozen Ever After Dessert Party is a paid event that takes place in Epcot at World Showcase Plaza, located next to Disney Traders and the Mexico Pavilion. It is offered on different days throughout the week and requires an advanced reservation to participate. Attending this party gives you water side viewing of Illuminations (reservations made for October 1st, 2019 and on will view Epcot Forever), a variety of Frozen themed desserts, non alcoholic and alcoholic beverages and a ride on Frozen Ever After when the show has finished.
How Does it Work? You can purchase tickets in advance for the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party by calling or going online. (Or your Pixie Planner can take care of it for you!) The cost is $79 for ages 10 years and over and $47 for ages 3-9. You also need to have valid Epcot park admission on the day of the party, as this is not included in the price. The party officially starts at 8pm, however, you can check in early. On the night we went, we checked in at 6:30. You will be given fun sparkly wristbands to wear and then you can come back at 7:45 to get in line. No need to worry about lining up early for a better seat because the table seating is pre-determined based on when you booked and your party size. There isn’t a bad seat at the party!
The Party When you get to the party a Cast Member will escort you to your table. The tables are numbered and are decorated with blue tablecloths and lanterns all with different cutouts of Frozen characters in them. It has a very lovely feel to it. As always, Disney’s attention to detail was spot-on. There are a variety of desserts to choose from as well as some savory treats.
Desserts include: Krsitoff’sKransekake Almond Cookie
Hans’ Key Lime Tarts
Troll Rock Crispy Bon Bons
Elsa’s Blue Velvet Cupcakes
Kristoff’s No Sugar Added Lemon Curd with Blueberry
Freeze Fried Salted Caramel Popcorn
Olaf’s Warm Double Chocolate S’Mores Pudding Cake (OUR FAVORITE!)
Anna’s Warm Cottage Pudding with Salted Caramel Glaze
Hand Dipped Vanilla Ice Cream
Sven’s Fresh Fruit with Berries
Grand Pabbie’s Mystical Winter Spiced Snack
Duke of Weselton’s Cheese Fondue- served with country bread cubes, broccoli and grilled flatbread Beverages include Frozen Heart and other non-alcoholic drinks. Summertime cocktails such as margaritas and pina coladas, as well as beer and wine are also included.
Once you’ve had your fill of treats, it’s time for the show to start! One of the coolest things about the night is they give everyone a pair of 3D glasses to wear. These glasses are extra special because they make the fireworks look like snowflakes! What an exciting touch to add to the show! After the show ends everyone at the party is escorted by Cast Members to the Norway pavilion to ride Frozen Ever After.
Is it Worth It? I recently attended this party with my mom and we both agreed that we would definitely go again! It was such a magical way to end the day. From the amazing view of the show without having to line up hours early for a spot, the tasty treats, the special effects with the glasses and then being able to ride Frozen Ever After just made it so worth it to us. Plus, you don’t have to worry about getting a Fastpass for Frozen Ever After since you’ll get to ride it when the party ends. There’s something pretty cool about going on the ride as everyone else is leaving the park! And once you get off the ride and start your own departure from Epcot, the crowds will have died down a bit- another added bonus. All in all the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party gets an A+ in our book!
